Founding Analyst pilot terms
The terms for BreachGraph’s Founding Analyst pilot, between you and Torgen Inc. They’re short on purpose. If anything here is unclear, ask before you pay.
What the pilot is
You name the vendors, clients or campaigns you need to investigate. We send back reviewed custody reports: who ran the breached system, whose data passed through it, and the filing behind each step. Pilots start in November 2026 with the MOVEit and Cl0p campaigns. While your pilot runs, we also send weekly updates when a new filing or leak-site listing touches a company you named.
We agree the details with you in writing after a scoping call: which companies, what you get, when, and what it costs.
Who can take part
BreachGraph is built for defenders. The pilot is for professionals doing defensive work: consultants, litigation support, researchers, journalists, vendor-risk and insurance teams. We review every request by hand and may decline one. We can end access if reports are used for anything other than that work.
The $49 booking fee
- It’s a one-time fee that books a 30-minute scoping call, held within five calendar days of your payment.
- It stays fully refundable until we both agree in writing on scope, timing and budget.
- If we don’t reach that agreement, or the call doesn’t happen within five days, we refund it in full.
- Once we both agree, it becomes non-refundable.
- It isn’t a subscription. Any work beyond what we agree is priced and approved by you before it starts. There are no automatic charges.
We send you a way to pay only after we’ve confirmed BreachGraph covers your case.
What you can do with a report
Reports are licensed to you, not sold. Each one carries your name.
You may:
- use a report in your own work and share it with the clients, counsel or editors that work is for
- quote its findings and figures, citing “BreachGraph (Torgen Inc.)” and the report date
- use a private AI assistant to help you read or summarize a report, as long as the tool doesn’t keep it for training
Without our written permission, you may not:
- resell a report, or pass it on beyond the people your work is for
- copy large parts of BreachGraph’s data, or use reports to build another dataset or product
- use reports or BreachGraph data to train or fine-tune AI models, or add them to a shared AI knowledge base
What a report is, and isn’t
- Every finding shows its sources and a confidence level set by the evidence. An attacker’s claim never raises confidence on its own.
- Counts are reported exposures, not unique people.
- Findings can change when new evidence arrives. If a correction changes a report we sent you, we’ll tell you.
- Reports are research, not legal, insurance or investment advice. How you use them is your decision.
Your information
The companies you name stay private to you. How we handle your case explains what we do with them, and the privacy notice covers your personal details. Until we’ve agreed the pilot’s scope, please don’t send client personal data, confidential documents or non-public incident details.
Responsibility
We prepare every report with care, but we can’t promise that public sources are complete or error-free. To the extent the law allows, reports are provided as they are, and Torgen’s total liability to you for the pilot is limited to the fees you paid us for it.
Ending the pilot
Either of us can end the pilot at any time by email. The refund rules above still apply. The license to use reports you’ve already received continues on the same terms.
Changes and law
If we change these terms, we’ll update the date at the top and tell you before the change affects your pilot. These terms are governed by the laws of Maryland.
